Named after the capucine flower (nasturtium in English), which symbolizes warmth, resilience, and delight, our shop reflects those same values - with food made from scratch and hospitality that feels like home.

We make our crêpes the traditional way - just like we would at home. No premixes, no shortcuts. Our batter is prepared fresh from scratch every day, following recipes and techniques that celebrate the art of French cooking with a modern touch.

Crêpes are made with wheat flour and typically filled with sweet ingredients, while galettes are made with buckwheat flour, giving them a slightly nutty flavor and a crispier texture - perfect for savory fillings. Both are delicious and made fresh to order!

Yes! Our galettes (savory buckwheat crêpes) are naturally gluten-free, made with just 100% buckwheat flour and water. We also offer a gluten-free version of our sweet batter. However, please note that all items are prepared in the same kitchen as our traditional wheat-based crêpes, so while we take care, cross-contamination is possible.

Yes! Our galettes are naturally dairy-free, and we’re happy to customize fillings to suit vegan diets. Our gluten-free sweet batter is also dairy-free. Just let us know your preferences when ordering - we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We prioritize quality above all and aim to source fresh, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible. Our flour comes directly from a traditional miller, and for specialty items like cheese, butter, and spreads, we mostly use select French and European products that reflect our commitment to authenticity and flavor. We also make a few of our own spreads in-house, so you’ll always find something thoughtfully crafted and delicious on your plate.

Yes! We’d love to help. Whether it's a team lunch or special event, we offer catering for groups of all sizes. Reach out at least 72 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Absolutely! Les Capucines is available for small private gatherings. Email us with the date, time, and number of guests, and we’ll work with you to create something special.
